1. Introduction

By purchasing a ticket through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all ticket purchases and event attendance organised by Perth VIP Club ("we," "us," "our").

2. Ticket Purchase and Pricing

  • Authorised Sales: Tickets are available exclusively through our official website. Purchasing from unauthorised sellers may result in invalid tickets.

  • Pricing: All ticket prices are inclusive of GST and are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Transaction fees may apply and will be disclosed at the point of sale.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Event Changes: If an event is canceled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated, you will be offered a refund or exchange, in accordance with the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for change of mind or personal circumstances.

4. Resale and Transfer of Tickets

  • Prohibition of Resale for Profit: Reselling tickets for profit is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.

  • Transferability: Tickets are transferable, but the new holder is bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5. Event Entry and Attendance

  • Valid Tickets: A valid ticket or ID must be presented for entry. Tickets that are damaged, defaced, or purchased from unauthorised sources may be refused.

  • Conditions of Entry: Attendees must comply with venue regulations, including age restrictions, dress codes, and safety policies.

6. Liability

  • Event Changes: We reserve the right to make alterations to event details. In such cases, our liability is limited to the ticket price paid.

  • Personal Injury: We are not liable for personal injuries or property damage sustained during our events, except as required by law.

7. Privacy

  • Data Collection: Personal information collected during ticket purchase is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
